摘要
辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)通过吸附,固定于水溶性CdTe量子点表面,混合碳粉和液体石蜡,制作了CdTe量子点HRP修饰碳糊电极(HRP/CdTe/CPE)。在修饰电极表面实现了HRP的直接电子传递。以此为基础,构建了一种第三代电化学生物传感器用于检测H_2O_2。此传感器对H_2O_2的响应速度快、灵敏度高,同时具有较好的测定重现性和保存稳定性。响应的浓度线性范围是1. 0×10^(-5)~1. 4×10^(-4)mol/L,检出限可达2. 84×10^(-7)mol/L。
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is adsorbed on water soluble CdTe quantum dot surface, mixed with carbon powder and paraffin to fabricate a carbon paste electrode. This third-generation biosensor for H 2 O 2 is based on direct electrochemistry of HRP. The H2O2 biosensor exhibits quick response, good reproducibility, high sensitivity and deposit stability. The response calibration range is 1.0×10^-5 -1.4×10^-4 mol/L, and the detection limit reaches 2.84×10^-7 mol/L.
