中国老年人抑郁主要影响因素的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on the main influencing factors of depression in Chinese old people

通过检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文期刊全文数据库、Pubmed等数据库,收集建库至2017年11月国内外公开发表的研究中国老年人抑郁影响因素的相关文献,使用RevMan 5. 3进行Meta分析。研究结果表明,中国老年抑郁的影响因素分别为女性、独居、健康自评差、健康状况差、高年龄、农村户口、文化程度高、自理能力受限、缺乏运动、无兴趣爱好、无社交活动。其中文化程度高为保护因素,其他为危险因素。

We performed online searches of the CNKI, Wanfang , CBM, VIP , Pubmed in November 2017 to find studies of influencing factors of depression in Chinese old people.RevMan 5.3 was used to perform the meta-analysis. We found that the influencing factors of Chinese old people depression are female gender,living alone, poor in self-perceived health, in worse self-rated health state , with older age,the rural household registration, high education level, limited inself-care ability, lack of exercise, no interest, no social activities .The high degree of culture was a protective factor and others are risk factors.
