摘要
在顺利推进教师交流轮岗的制度化进程中,建立健全交流教师的考核评价机制是其中的一个重要制度保障。本研究以浙江省W区300名小学教师为调查对象,实证分析了当前城乡交流教师评价机制的现状与问题,并指出在合理建立交流教师考核评价机制时应注意几个问题:发挥评价对交流教师的激励引导功能,强调多元评价主体的多维度评价,注重基础性标准和个性化指标的结合,重视交流教师"交流成效"的积极评价,实行年度考核和交流轮岗期满考核的双重管理。
In the process of promoting the institutionalization of teachers' exchange and rotation, it is an important guarantee system to establish and perfect the evaluation mechanism of exchanging teach ers. Based on a survey of 300 primary school teachers in W District of Zhejiang Province, the current sit uation and problems of exchanging teachers' evaluation mechanism are empirically analyzed. Mean while, there are several problems which should be paid attention to when establishing the evaluation mechanism of exchanging teachers reasonably: giving full play to the encouragement and guidance func tion of the evaluation to exchanging teachers, emphasizing the multi dimensional evaluation of themul tiple evaluation subjects, focusing on the combination of basic standards and personalized indicators, paying attention to the positive evaluation of exchanging teachers' "exchange effectiveness", carrying out the double management of annual examination and exchange rotation assessment.
