高校教育管理中“刚柔并济”新模式探析体会

随着近年来教学改革的深入,大学教育也面临新的机遇和挑战,如何转变以往的教学方式,树立以学生为本的教学理念,就成为了教学的重点。"刚柔并济"是高校教育管理的新方法,它强调教学的双重任务,在严格按照规章办事的同时,还要对学生予以关注,从他们的心理出发,增强服务意识。传统的高校教育过于保守,学生处于被动地位,教师也把握不好管理的"度"。目前社会人才迎来了更激励的竞争,要想发挥高校的育人作用,担负起应有的社会使命,就必须完善教育管理工作,积极构建"刚柔并济"的管理模式,以精英教育为根本,为培养高素质的人才奠定基础。

With the deep implenlentation of teaching reform in recent years, university education is also facing new opportunities and challenges. How to change the previous teaching methods and establish a student-oriented teaching philosophy has become the focus of teaching. ＂Combining rigidity with flexibility＂ is a new method of college education managen/ent, which emphasizes the double tasks of teaching. While strictly following the rules, we should also pay attention to students, and start from their psychological needs to enhance service awareness. Traditional college education is too conservative, where students are in a passive position, and teachers also grasp the ＂degree＂ of managenlent. At present, social talents are faced with more fierce competition. If we want to play the role of colleges and universities in educating people and shoulder our due social nfission, we nmst improve our education managenlent work and actively build a ＂combining rigidity with flexibility＂ management model, which based on elite education, lays the foundation for the cultivation of high-quality talents.
