摘要
教师的专业成长是从磨砺课堂教学语言开始的。课堂教学语言的规范性是教师专业素养的基本体现。教师在课堂教学实践的磨砺中逐渐形成规范、生动、多元的课堂语言。从规范课堂语言开始,可以实现教师专业成长的标准化、集约化,实现教师队伍建设的效益最大化。
Teachers' professional development starts from polishing classroom language. The standardization of classroom language reflects teachers' professional quality. Teachers gradually form standard, vivid and multiple classroom language in classroom teaching practice. Standardizing classroom language can realize the standardization and concentration of teachers' professional growth and the maxinmnl benefit of teacher team construction.
