摘要
在适应社会发展的前提下,创新人力资源管理教育的改革已经初见成效,为实现人才驱动做出了贡献。但是目前我国在创新教育上依旧存在着局限性。基于管理理念的提升与创新驱动的发展战略,高校作为创新改革政策的实施主体应该不断提高教育水平,发展并完善人力资源管理专业的教学体系,争取为社会培养出更多具有创新能力的人才。
Based on the premise of adapting to the social development, the innovation of hmnan resource managenlent education reform has achieved certain success, making contributions to the talent driven development. But at present there still exist limitations in innovation education in our country. With the promotion of managenlent concept and innovation driven development strategy, university, which implenlent the innovation reform policy, should continue to improve the level of education, develop and perfect the teaching system of hmnan resource managenlent, and strive to cultivate more innovative talents for the sociely.
