摘要 西藏小学汉语文教师职前教学能力的培养对于应对新课程改革的挑战、促进西藏小学汉语文教学质量的提高具有重要意义。调查显示,西藏小学汉语文教师职前教学能力培养方面存在以下问题:大部分西藏小学汉语文教师职前在学院或班级组织开展的说课活动、教学见习活动都很少;师范院校办学思想和培养模式比较传统;师范院校教师教育类课程教学质量不高;师范生教学技能训练不足;师范院校教学实践环节薄弱。这些问题导致西藏小学汉语文教师教学能力难以提升,教学质量难以提高。 Pre-serviee teaching ability cultivation of the Tibetan primary school Chinese language teachers is of great significance in order to meet the challenges of the new curriculum reform, and promote the improvenlent of Chinese teaching quality in Tibetan primary school. According to the survey, the following problems exist in pre-serviee teaching ability cultivation of the Tibetan primary school Chinese language teachers: Tibetan primary school Chinese language teachers' lack of class interpretation and teaching practice in the college or class; the traditional normal university school-running ideas and training patterns; unsatisfactory teaching quality of educa- tional courses in normal universities ; insufficient training of teaching skills and weak teaching practice of normal universities, thus mak- ing it difficult for Tibetan primary school Chinese language teachers to improve teaching ability and teaching quality.
