米非司酮联合卡孕栓在绝经期女性取环术中的运用

Application of mifepristone combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories in the gynaecology take ring of postmenopausal women

目的分析米非司酮联合卡孕栓在绝经期女性取环术中的应用价值。方法将我院收治的80例绝经期取环患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为2组,均完善术前准备,排除手术禁忌。实验组(n=40)术前予米非司酮及卡孕栓,对照组(n=40)直接行取环术,对比2组患者取环的效果。结果实验组患者宫颈软化程度高于对照组,且取环成功率明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经期女性取环术前进行米非司酮联合卡孕栓治疗,可提高手术成功率,值得临床推广。

Objective Analysis of the application value of mifepristone combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories in the gynaecology take ring of postmenopausal women. Methods According to the study 80 cases of menopausal taking ring patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by balloting, and all patients were improved preoperative preparation and exclusion of surgical contraindications. The experimental group （n=40） received mifepristone combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories before operation, and the control group （n=40） received the taking ring operation directly. The effect of taking ring was compared between the two groups. Results The degree of cervical softening of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the success rate of taking ring was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative mifepristone combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories can improve the success rate of women, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
