多重耐药菌感染患者康复治疗医院感染防控对策研究

Research on prevention and control of hospital infection by rehabilitation of patients with multiple resistant drug infection

目的探讨康复病区多重耐药菌感染患者康复治疗医院感染的防控对策,降低交叉感染发生率。方法通过对北京小汤山医院康复中心706例住院患者年龄、基础疾病、多重耐药菌感染、康复治疗等情况进行回顾性研究,发现多重耐药菌感染患者康复治疗防控重点,探讨防控对策。结果住院患者平均年龄为65. 60岁,年龄最大的95岁;多重耐药菌感染患者占比10. 91%;基础疾病以神经损伤功能障碍(含瘫痪)占比较多,达到38. 05%,多重耐药菌感染患者神经损伤功能障碍患者占比达到64. 93%;功能训练康复治疗占比50. 14%,多重耐药感染患者功能训练康复治疗占比52. 10%。结论加强多重耐药菌感染患者病室及康复治疗区域防控,做好相应的消毒隔离防控措施,是降低多重耐药菌感染院内的传播,降低医院感染发生的关键。

Objective To explore the prevention and control measures of rehabilitation treatment of patients with multiple drugresistant infections in the rehabilitation area, and reducing the incidence of cross-infection. Methods By analyzing the age, basic disease,multi-resistant infection, rehabilitation treatment and so on of 706 patients in Beijing Xiaotangshan hospital rehabilitation center, we found the key points of prevention and control of multi -resistant infection patients, and discussed the prevention and control measures. Results The average age of inpatients is 65.60 years, and the oldest is 95 years old; Multiple drug-resistant infections accounted for 10. 91% ; The basic diseases accounted for a large number of neurological impairment （ including paralysis）, reaching 38.05% , and patients with multiple drug-resistant infections accounted for 64. 93 % of neurological impairment. Functional training rehabilitation treatment accounted for 50. 14 % of patients with multiple drug-resistant infections accounted for 52. 10 % of function- al training and rehabilitation treatment. Conclusion To strengthen the prevention and control of patients with multiple drug-resistant infections and rehabilitation treatment areas, and to do a good job in disinfection and isolation prevention and control measures, it is the key to reduce the spread of multiple drug-resistant infections in hospitals and reduce the incidence of hospital infections.
