瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年冠心病的疗效及对血液流变学的影响

Efficacy of Rosuvastatin in Treatment of Elderly Coronary artery disease and impact of blood rheology level

目的探讨服用瑞舒伐他汀对老年冠心病患者血脂水平和血液流变学各指标的影响。方法选取冠心病患者180例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规用药基础上服用瑞舒伐他汀。对比分析两组治疗前和治疗后血脂和血液流变学变化,并对患者TC和LDL-C的合格率及出现的不良反应进行统计。结果治疗后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度增加(P <0. 05);而血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)三个指标浓度降低(P <0. 05);其中治疗组与对照组对比可知LDL-C、TG、TC三个指标,治疗组降低的值大于对照组(P <0. 05);而对于HDL-C值,治疗组增加的值也大于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可有效降低血脂水平及血液黏度,对治疗冠心病患者疗效显著,安全副作用小。

Objective To investigate impact of rosuvastatin on lipid levels and blood rheology level indexes. Methods 180 cases were randomly equally divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group.Control group with conventional treatment,treatment group on the basis of control group combined rosuvastatin treatment.Lipid levels and blood rheology level indexes before and after treatment were comparative analysis,the qualified rate of TC and LDL-C and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed. Results The HDL-C after treatment was higher than before treatment,but LDL-C,TC,TG was significantly lower than before treatment,compared with the control group,the decreased absolute value of three indexes（LDL-C,TG,TC）of the treatment group greater than the control group,whereas HDL-C after treatment was significantly higher than control group. Conclusion Rosuvastatin can significantly decrease lipid levels and blood rheology level indexes,it is effective in treating coronary artery disease,with little side effects.
