存古开新嘉惠桑梓——从古越藏书楼看近代图书馆艰难建立

Preserve the Past and Open up new Things to Benefit the Ancestors——On the Difficult Establishment of Modern Library from the Ancient Yue library Building

古越藏书楼创办之初,正是中国社会、经济、文化面临前所未有的大变革时期。本着传承文化、国家富强美意,绍兴徐树兰接连举办"绍郡中西学堂""养新书藏"和"古越藏书楼",嘉惠桑梓。1931年,"古越藏书楼"改为县立图书馆。通过对散落各处政府公报、调查、报刊、文史资料的史料整理,分析从"绍郡中西学堂"到"养新书藏"再到"古越藏书楼"之间传承关系、管理制度和馆情社情变化,考证了古越藏书楼——绍兴县立图书馆辗转变化过程,补现有史料不足。

At the beginning of the founding of the ancient Yue Library,it was a period of unprecedented changes in Chinese society,economy and culture.In the spirit of inheriting culture and national prosperity and beauty,Xu Shulan in Shaoxing has successively hosted the Shaoxian School of Chinese and Western Learning,the Yangxin Book Collection and the ancient Yue Library.By sorting out the historical materials scattered in the government bulletins,surveys,newspapers and periodicals,as well as literature and history materials,this paper analyzes the inheritance relationship,management system and the changes of Library conditions and social conditions from“Shaoxian Western School”to“Yangxin Book Collection”and then to“Guyue Library Building”,and examines the process of transformation of the ancient Yue Library-Shaoxing County Library.It has made up for the shortage of historical materials.
