摘要
新乡先进群体现象产生于新乡基层党员干部带领人民摆脱贫穷,走上致富道路,并通向小康的实践中,新乡先进群体精神具有红色文化的因子。新乡先进群体精神是在马克思主义、社会主义和共产主义的信仰和理想激励下形成的,体现了集体主义的价值取向,是创新思维的典范,是群众利益至上的价值体现,而艰苦奋斗成就了这一精神。新乡先进群体精神具有红色文化价值,通过对新乡先进群体事迹的宣传、教育传播,新乡先进群体基地建设,实现新乡先进群体精神的红色文化价值。
The phenomenon of the advanced group of Xinxiang is created in the practice which led by the Party members and cadres at the grass -roots in China to struggle with poverty,on the road to enrich family to the fairly well-off.The spirit of the advanced group of Xinxiang took its shape in the encouragement of belief and ideal of Marxism、socialism and communism,which embodies the value-orientation of collectivism.The advanced group spirit of Xinxiang has the value of red culture.Through the propaganda,education and dissemination of the deeds of the advanced group in Xinxiang,the base construction of the advanced group in Xinxiang can realize the red cultural value of the advanced group spirit of Xinxiang.
