摘要
本研究采用紫外分光光度法,以生长在五大连池熔岩台地上的接骨木果实为研究对像,对其乙醇提取液清除DPPH自由基的能力进行研究。结果表明:接骨木果实不同浓度的乙醇提取液均有清除DPPH自由基的能力,其中70%乙醇提取液清除自由基的能力最强,平均清除率达到67.12%。
The ability of ethanol extract of elderberry growing on the lava platform of Wudalianchi to scavenge DPPH free radical was studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the ethanol extracts of different concentrations of elderberry fruits had the ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals,and 70% ethanol extracts had the strongest ability to scavenge free radicals,with an average scavenging rate of 67. 12%.
