系统性睡眠护理干预对精神分裂症患者的应用效果观察

Systematic sleep nursing intervention observation on the effect of schizophrenia

为研究系统性睡眠护理干预对精神分裂症患者的应用效果,选择2016年9月—2017年3月来我院住院治疗的82例患者,将其随机分为观察组、对照组各41例,对照组采用常规性精神护理方法,观察组采用系统性睡眠护理干预方法,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果:对两组患者的睡眠质量进行评分,观察组为6.23±0.13分,对照组为7.95±1.03分,观察组的护理效果明显,数据统计存在差异(P<0.05)。结合护理后的生活质量评分,对患者的生活状况进行分析,观察组患者生活质量评分为(82.36±1.30分),明显高于对照组(61.25±1.24分),数据统计存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过系统性睡眠护理干预,可以提高精神分裂症患者的治疗质量,针对患者的特点,构建护理干预措施,提高患者的睡眠质量以及生活质量,为护理工作质量的提升提供保障。

To study the effect of systemic sleep nursing intervention on schizophrenia patients,82 patients hospitalized in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,41 patients in each group. The control group was given routine mental nursing,and the observation group was given systemic sleep nursing intervention. Methods the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Sleep quality of the two groups was scored,the observation group scored 6. 23 ± 0. 13 and the control group scored 7. 95 ± 1. 03. The nursing effect of the observation group was obvious,and there was a statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. According to the quality of life score after nursing,the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was（ 82. 36 ± 1. 30）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 61. 25 ± 1. 24）. There was a statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）.Systematic sleep nursing intervention can improve the treatment quality of schizophrenia patients. According to the characteristics of patients,nursing intervention measures should be constructed to improve the sleep quality of patients,and provide guarantee for the improvement of nursing quality.
