摘要 电力企业应该辩证能动地结合目前自身的发展状况、市场的基本形态以及竞争对手的动态,制定适应本企业发展的用电客户业务受理策略,建立完善的电力企业服务体系、完善企业服务体制与机制、根据不同的客户实行差异化服务策略、重视客户反馈的沟通、提高团队员工的素质能力等,提高用电客户对本企业的品牌忠诚度,以增长本企业的经济效益和促进企业的发展。 Electric power enterprises should dialectically and actively combine their own development situation,the basic form of the market and the dynamics of competitors,formulate the acceptance strategy of electricity customer service to suit the development of their own enterprises,establish a perfect service system for electric power enterprises,improve the service system and mechanism of enterprises,and implement it according to different customers. Enterprises should pay attention to customer feedback communication,improve the quality and ability of team staff,improve customer loyalty to the brand of the enterprise,so as to increase the economic efficiency of the enterprise and promote the development of the enterprise.
