川芎提取物对辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究川芎提取物对^(60)Coγ射线辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法采用健康昆明种小鼠作为实验对象,通过灌胃方式给予川芎提取物及对照药物氨磷汀;使用^(60)Coγ作为辐射源,制备辐射损伤动物模型;通过眼眶取外周血,测定白细胞(WBC)数和淋巴细胞(L)数;取肝组织,测定蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性。结果川芎提取物能阻遏辐射所导致的小鼠白细胞和淋巴细胞数量下降,减弱辐射对肝脏合成功能的损伤,增加SOD和GSH的活性,降低MDA含量。结论川芎提取物对辐射损伤小鼠有一定的保护作用,保护机制可能与其抗氧化作用及免疫影响有关。 Objective To study the protective effect of Rhizoma chuanxiong extraction on radiation-injured(^60Co γ-ray,^60Co γ)mice. Methods The health Kunming mice were selected as the experimental subjects. Rhizoma chuanxiong extraction and comparator drug were intragastric administrated. The radiation-injured animal models were established by using ^60Co γ as radiation source. The white blood cells( WBC) and lymphocytes were calculated from orbit peripheral blood. The proteins,contents of malondialdehyde( MDA)and the activity of super oxide dismutase( SOD),glutathione( GSH) in liver tissue were determined. Results Rhizoma chuanxiong extraction was able to repress the number of WBC and lymphocytes from decreasing in radiated mice,and also it could weaken radiation-injured liver synthesis function. Moreover,it could increase the activity of SOD and GSH,reduce the content of MDA. Conclusion Rhizoma chuanxiong extraction has certain protective effect on radiation-injured mice,its protection mechanism may related to its antioxidation and immunity effect.
