摘要
目的建立苗药云实皮的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱。方法运用Waters超高效液相色谱仪,Acquity UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×2. 1 mm,1. 7μm),乙腈(A)-0. 1%甲酸水溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0. 3 m L/min,检测波长为266 nm,柱温为45℃。结果建立了贵州苗药云实皮的UPLC指纹图谱,标定了14个共有峰,指认了2个峰,分别为二氢红花菜豆酸苷和(±)原苏木素B。结论建立的云实皮指纹图谱稳定、可靠、重复性好,可为云实皮药材的质量控制提供科学依据。
Objective To establish an UPLC fingerprint of Caesalpinia decapetala. Methods Waters UPLC was adopted with Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column( 150 mm × 2. 1 mm,1. 7 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile( A)-0. 1% formic acid-water solution( B)with gradient elution,the flow rate was 0. 3 m L/min,the detection wavelength was 266 nm,and the column temperature was 45 ℃.Results The UPLC fingerprint of Caesalpinia decapetala in Guizhou was established with fourteen common peaks,and two of them were identified:( 1 ' R,3 ' S,5 ' R,8 ' S,2 E,4 E)-dihydrophaseic acid-3 '-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and( ±) protosappanin B.Conclusion The established UPLC fingerprint of Caesalpinia decapetala was stable,reliable and reproducible,which can provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Caesalpinia decapetala.
