摘要
目的探讨维生素CE咀嚼片对小鼠生殖细胞和体细胞的遗传毒性作用。方法将小鼠分为高、中、低剂量组,阴性对照组和阳性对照组,进行小鼠精子畸形试验和骨髓细胞微核试验,观察并计算各剂量组小鼠的精子畸形率与微核率。结果各剂量组的精子畸形率与微核率,与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);与阳性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论维生素CE咀嚼片对小鼠生殖细胞和体细胞均无致遗传毒性作用。
Objective To investigate the genetic toxicity of Vitamin CE Chewable Tablets on germ cells and somatic cells of mice.Methods The mice were divided into high dose group,medium dose group,low dose group,negative control group and positive control group,the sperm abnormality test and bone marrow micronucleus test of mice were carried out,then the sperm malformation rate and bone marrow cell micronucleus rate of mice in all the groups were observed and calculated. Results The sperm malformation rate and bone marrow cell micronucleus rate of each dose group had no significant difference compared with the negative control group( P〉0. 05),but which had significant difference compared with the positive control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Vitamin CE Chewable Tablets have no genotoxic effect on germ cells and somatic cells of mice.
