摘要
外泌体作为细胞间信息交流的重要结构,不仅介导正常生理过程的调节(如细胞间的交流),还参与许多疾病的病理过程。多种细胞在正常及病理状态下均可分泌外泌体。已经发现,不同细胞来源的外泌体内含有的蛋白或miRNA等分子的作用不同,可以作为肿瘤患者预后的标志物,但详细机制并不十分清楚。窖蛋白-1作为胞膜窖的标志性蛋白,可作为肿瘤调控因子行使多种细胞功能。近年来发现,多种肿瘤的外泌体有窖蛋白-1的表达,且窖蛋白-1作为重要的功能蛋白调控外泌体的内化过程。我们简要综述了肿瘤细胞外泌体与窖蛋白-1之间的联系,以期为肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗提供新思路。
As an important structure of information exchange between cells, exosomes not only mediate the regulation of normal physiological processes(such as intercellular communication), but also participate in the pathological process of many diseases. A variety of cells secrete exosomes under normal and pathological conditions. It has been found that different cellular sources of exosomes contain proteins or miRNAs that function differently and can serve as prognostic markers for cancer patients, but the detailed mechanisms are not well understood. Caveolin-1 as a marker protein in caveolae, can be used as a tumor regulator to perform a variety of cellular functions. In recent years, it has been found that exosomes of various tumors express the caveolin-1, and caveolin-1 is an important functional protein regulating the internalization of exosomes. This article briefly reviewed the relationship between tumor cell exosomes and caveolin- 1, which provide new ideas for the early diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
