摘要
目的:设计一种新型双卡夹式血氧传感器,既能更好地固定血氧传感器,又能保证血氧线缆的活动程度。方法:选取10个临床科室100例普通患者使用的100台监护仪,采用数表法随机将100台监护仪分为传统组和改良组,每组50台。对患者进行连续24 h监测,对比监测人数、监测时间、探头脱落次数及患者舒适度等各参数。结果:在监测人数、监测时间及患者舒适度基本相一致的情况下,传统组固定成功38例,成功率为76%;改良组固定成功46例,成功率为91%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=126.725,P<0.05)。结论:新型双夹式血氧传感器能更好的起到固定作用,同时可提高患者的舒适度,有利于稳定患者情绪,降低医疗风险及因血氧传感器经常损坏而带来的经济损失。
Objective: To design a new type of blood oxygen sensor with double clips so as to not only preferably fix blood oxygen sensor but also ensure the flexibility of blood oxygen wire. Methods: 100 monitors that were used by 100 general patients of 10 clinical departments were selected, and these monitors were divided into conventional group (n=50 cases) and improvement group (n=50 cases) as random method. 24h successive monitoring for patients were implemented, and series of parameters included monitored amount, monitoring time, times of taking off of sensor, degree of comfort and others between the two groups were compared. Results: Under the situation of basic consistency of monitored amount, monitoring time and degree of comfort, 38 cases of conventional group were successfully fixed (76%) and 46 cases of improvement group were successfully fixed (91%), and the difference of success rate between the two groups was significant (x2=126.725, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The new type of blood oxygen sensor with double clips can preferably implement fixation, and it can enhance the degree of comfort of patients, and it is benefit to stabilize the mood of patients and reduce medical risk and economic loss caused by the frequent damage of blood oxygen sensor.
