摘要
目的:探讨流式细胞术(FCM)与免疫组织化学技术在淋巴结增生性疾病中的诊断作用。方法:选取46例淋巴结增生性疾病患者新鲜未固定的淋巴结,多点取材后行FCM检测,剩余组织固定脱水,进行形态学检测。通过FCM检测的抗体与免疫组织化学染色抗体对比,以验证FCM染色在实体组织中的可靠性;进一步对比FCM分析结果和病理形态学诊断结果的一致性,以比较FCM与免疫组织化学技术在淋巴结增生性疾病的诊断价值。结果:经形态学分析,在46例标本中有15例为淋巴结反应增生性疾病,1例为淋巴结结核,5例为转移癌,25例为B系淋巴瘤。其中淋巴瘤的抗体与免疫组织化学技术检测的抗体一致率为100%,FCM分析结果与形态学诊断结果一致。结论:鉴于目前淋巴结增生性疾病仍以形态学诊断为金标准的条件下,FCM对于淋巴结增生性疾病的诊断更为快速,是形态学诊断有力的补充。
Objective: To investigate the effect of flow cytometry method (FCM) and immunohistochemical technique in the diagnosis of proliferative diseases of lymphoid gland. Methods: The fresh and unfixed lymph gland of 46 patients with proliferative diseases of lymphoid gland were selected according to multipoint sampling and they were implemented detection of FCM, and the remaining tissues were implemented morphological detection after they were fixed and dehydrated. And through compared the antibody of FCM and immunohistochemical stained antibody to verify the reliability of FCM stain in parenchyma tissue. And then the consistency between results of FCM and results of pathomorphology diagnosis was further contrasted so as to compare the diagnostic value of FCM and immunohistochemical technique in proliferative diseases of lymphoid gland. Results: Through morphological analysis, 15 cases of 46 samples were reactively proliferative diseases of lymph gland, and 1 cases was scrofula, and 5 cases were metastatic cancer, and 25 cases were lymphoma of B lineage. The concordance rate between the antibody of lymphoma and the immunohistochemical antibody was 100%, and the results of FCM analysis were consistent with the results of morphological diagnosis. Conclusion: Under the condition that morphology diagnosis still is gold standard of proliferative diseases of lymphoid gland, the diagnosis of FCM for proliferative diseases of lymphoid gland is more fast and is a strong complement for morphological diagnosis.
