摘要 目的:设计心电网络系统,实现心电检查数字化、网络化信息管理。方法:心电网络系统基于.NET技术,采用Visual Studio 2008作为开发工具,SQL Server 2008 R2作为后台数据库管理平台。结果:心电网络系统实现了与医院信息系统(HIS)之间的信息共享,实现了利用网络传输心电检查数据及计算机图文报告,数据集中存储得到高效利用。提高了心电检查的效率,缓解了排队的现象,减轻了检查医生的工作量。结论:心电网络系统的实施,使数字化心电图能够有更多的数据分析手段,可提高检查诊断的准确性,减少热敏纸的使用,节约心电图检查成本。 Objective: TO design an electrocardiograph (ECG) network system so as to realize the digital network information management of ECG inspection. Methods: Visual Studio 2008 was adopted as a development tool and SQL Server 2008 R2 was adopted as a database management platform of the ECG network system that based on .NET technology. Results: The ECG network system realized the sharing of information with the hospital information system (HIS), and realized the use of the network to transmit the ECG data and computer graphic and text reports, and the centralized storage of data could be utilized efficiently. It increased the efficiency of ECG examination, and alleviated the queuing phenomenon and reduced the workload of the examiners. Conclusion: The implementation of the ECG network system enables digital ECG to have more data analysis methods, and it can improve the accuracy of inspection and diagnosis, and reduce the use of thermal paper, and save the cost of ECG examination.TO design an electrocardiograph (ECG) network system so as to realize the digital network information management of ECG inspection.
