摘要 目的:构建以医用高值耗材二级库管理模式为运营基础、二维码信息系统为技术基础的智能库房,实现高值耗材智能化、数字化及自动化的精准管理。方法:利用射频识别(RFID)技术,采用高值耗材二级库管理模式,根据临床科室的申领和使用流程,构建智能科学的库房管理平台。结果:高值耗材智能库房的构建,解决了人力依赖度高、数字化应用水平较低的难题,在系统管理、领取管理、高值耗材管理、计划管理等环节实现了精准管理。结论:高值耗材智能库房的应用,形成高值耗材智能化、数字化的管理模式,降低人力成本,有效的控制费用。 Objective To construct a intelligent warehouse that used management mode of second-level warehouse as operation basis and used two-dimensional code information system as technique basis so as to achieve intelligent, digital and automatic precise management for high-value consumables. Methods: Based on the application and utilization process of clinical departments, an intelligent and scientific warehouse management platform was constructed by using the radio frequency identification devices(RFID) and adopting the management mode of second-level warehouse of high-value consumables. Results: The construction of intelligent warehouse for high-value consumables has solved the difficult problems with high dependence of manpower and low level of digital application. Conclusion: The application of intelligent warehouse of high-value consumables can reduce the human cost, and effectively control the cost and realize the intelligent and digital management mode for high-value consumables.
