摘要
针对某钢铁厂2×300MW燃煤机组进行超低排放改造,介绍了常用改造技术方法,根据工程特点确定了"对原有电除尘器电源进行改造+二级吸收塔后新增湿式静电除尘器"的改造方案。运行结果显示,改造方案满足超低排放出口粉尘排放浓度≤5mg/Nm^3的要求。
Based on the ultra-low emission and reform of a 2×300MW coal-fired unit in a certain iron and steel plant, this paper describes the common used reform technology methods. In accordance with the characteristics of the project, the paper determines the reconstruction program on "reconstruction of the original electrostatic precipitator power supply + new additional wet electrostatic precipitator behind the secondary absorption tower". The operation results show that the reconstruction program meets the requirements for the dust emission concentration ≤ 5mg/Nm^3 of ultra-low emission in exit.
