摘要 我国垃圾焚烧发电技术起步晚,发展快,采用炉排炉、流化床等不同的技术,目前垃圾焚烧炉排炉化,趋势明显。结合日本垃圾焚烧炉排炉的发展历史,概述了炉排炉的设计要点,阐述了各家炉排的技术特点及研发历程。明确了垃圾焚烧炉排技术的研究方向:炉排的大型化研发、高热值炉排的研发以及炉排的稳定运行改进。为我国垃圾焚烧炉排炉的技术研发及引进提供参考和启示。 China's waste incineration technology starts late and develops rapidly, adopting different technologies such as grate furnace, fluidized bed and so on. At present, the grate furnace technology becomes mainstream. Combining with the development history of Japanese grate technology, the key points of design of grate waste incinerator in Japan were reviewed. And introduced the technical characteristics and research and development process of the grate from different companies. The research direction of waste incineration grate technology is clarified, which are the development of large - scale grate waste incinerator, the development of grate for high calorific value waste and the improvement of stable operation of grate. It can provide reference for the research and development of grate technology of waste incinerator.
