摘要
本文采用顶空-气相色谱法测定土壤中的苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、异丙苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯8种挥发性芳香烃。结果表明,8种挥发性芳香烃在1.23μg/L^250μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9 997~0.9 998,方法检出限(LOD,S/N=3)为0.37μg/L^0.52μg/L,回收率为80.18%~114.14%,RSD为0.82%~8.96%。该方法操作简单,检出限低,且适用性强,可用于土壤中挥发性芳香烃的快速定性定量测定。
this paper determines 8 volatile aromatic hydrocarbons in soil,benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,p-xylene,m-xylene,cumene,o-xylene and styrene,by the headspace-gas chromatography( HS-GC). The results show that the linear relationship among the 8 volatile aromatic hydrocarbons is good in the range of 1.23 μg/L ~ 250 μg/L; the correlation coefficient is 0.9 997 ~ 0.9 998; the limit of detection( LOD,S/N = 3) is 0.37 μg/L ~ 0.52 μg/L; the recovery rate is 80.18 % ~ 114.14%; and RSD is 0.82% ~ 8.96%. This method,characterized by simple operation,low limits of detection and high applicability,can be used for rapid qualitative and quantitative determination of volatile aromatic hydrocarbons in soil.
