摘要
干熄焦循环风机是干熄焦动力中枢装置,其稳定性和耐磨要求高,长期以来被进口产品所垄断。本文详细介绍140 t/h干熄焦循环风机国产化研制的工作,从气动设计和结构设计两方面解决高效设计、轴承选择、轴封选择、耐磨设计等国产化研制难点。根据现场使用结果来看,研制的风机轴承温度、振动、风机效率等情况良好,使用性能达到国外进口风机水平,国产化研制较成功。
CDQ circulating fan is the core device of CDQ power with high requirement on stability and wear resistance, which has long been monopolized by imported products. This paper introduces in detail the localization development of 140 t/h CDQ circulating fan. The difficulties in localization of efficient design, bearing selection, shaft seal selection and wear- resistance design were solved from both aspects of pneumatic design and structural design. According to field application results, the developed fan bearing has performed well in tem- perature, vibration and fan efficiency, etc., which has reached the level of imported fans. The localization development project has been successful.
