Melting and Casting Process of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Flat Ingot Produced with Electrolytic Aluminum Liquid

结合6061铝合金的特性和熔铸难点,在其化学成分优化的基础上,探讨了炉料添加顺序和电解铝液的转注方式、固液比的选择、熔体的预精炼和精炼方法、晶粒细化剂添加方法、在线除气及除渣方法,制定了6061铝合金扁锭的铸造工艺参数,实现了用电解铝液生产高品质6061铝合金扁锭的目的。

Combined with the characteristics and melting ＆ casting difficulties of 6061 aluminum alloy , the adding order of burden, the transferring way of electrolytic aluminum liquid, the choice of solid liquid ratio, the way of melt pre-refining and refining, the adding way of grain refiner, and the way of online degassing and slag removal were discussed on the basis of its chemical constituents optimization, then the casting process parameters of 6061 aluminum alloy flat ingot were made, and the purpose of producing high quality 6061 aluminum alloy flat ingot by electrolytic aluminum liquid was realized.
