摘要
本文通过对现有的两个硫酸镍生产系统进行分析,并结合两个电解车间的产能情况,提出硫酸镍系统改造方案。通过增加3套浓缩系统、1台结晶罐、1台制冷机,实现三机五槽生产模式,以及改进制冷循环方式等措施,生产二系浓缩工序平均处理能力达到220 m~3/d,满足了生产需求,并且提升了产品质量、降低了能耗。
In this paper, through the analysis of two nickel sulfate production systems existing and combined with the productivity of two electrolytic workshops, the transformation scheme of nickel sulfate system was put forward. By the measures of adding three sets of concentration systems, one custallization tank and one refrigerator to realize the production mode of three-machine & five-tank and improving refrigeration cycle mode, the average processing ability of concentration process in the second production system was 220 m3/d, and the production requirement was met, then product quality was improved and energy consumption was reduced.
