铜冶炼厂冷却循环水余热利用问题的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 本文结合铜冶炼厂余热利用现状,以实际工程案例为基础,探讨了利用冷却循环水余热的可行性,提出了采用吸收式热泵回收低位能源的方案,并根据需热的不同要求,选择不同的冷却水系统进行余热回收。方案实施后可获得良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Combining with the present situation of waste heat utilization in copper smelter, the feasibility of waste heat utilization from cooling circulating water was discussed on the basis of the actual engineering case in this paper, and the scheme of using absorption heat pump to recycle low grade energy was proposed, then different cooling water systems for waste heat recovery were selected according to different heat requirements. Good economic and social benefits would be obtained after the scheme implementation.
