中西医结合治疗老年癌性疼痛患者的护理方案及措施

The Nursing Measures for Elderly Patients with Cancerous Pain Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:研究分析中西医结合治疗老年癌性疼痛患者的护理方案及措施。方法:选择我院2016年9月至2017年8月收治的老年癌性疼痛患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上采用综合护理干预。比较2组患者入院前后的疼痛情况、心理状态以及生活质量改善情况。结果:观察组的疼痛评分(VAS)显著低于对照组,焦虑和抑郁状况改善情况也优于对照组,总体的生活质量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中西医结合治疗老年癌性疼痛患者中实施综合护理干预,可显著改善患者疼痛状况和不良心理状态,且有利于提升其生活质量。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the nursing plans and measures for elderly patients with cancerous pain treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods ： A total of 80 cases of elderly patients with cancerous pain admitted in our hospital fi＇om Sep 2016 to Aug 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The pain status, psychological status and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results： The pain score （VAS） in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the anxiety and depression status and the overall quality of life were improved than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with cancerous pain treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the patient＇s pain and negative psychological state, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
