摘要 超硫酸盐水泥是一种新型胶凝材料,有利于降低资源消耗,节能减排。本文介绍了超硫酸盐水泥的水化过程、水化放热特征、水化产物及其在应用中表现的特性。超硫酸盐水泥具有极低的早期水化放热量,其第二放热峰来临较迟,水化速率较低,非常适合应用于大体积混凝土中,可以有效控制内部温升。超硫酸盐水泥是以碱和硫酸盐共同激发矿渣,其水化产物主要为C-S-H凝胶和钙矾石,若体系中SO42-离子不足或者矿渣中Al2O3含量较低,钙矾石生成量较低。超硫酸盐水泥的应用表明其具有较好的耐久性,可适用于大体积混凝土工程、道路混凝土工程以及硫酸盐侵蚀环境混凝土工程。 Supersulfate cement (SSC) is a new kind of cementitious material and beneficial to reduce resource consumption, energy saving and emission reduction. The hydration process, hydration exothermic characteristics, hydration products, and the engineering application of SSC are reviewed in this paper. SSC has an extremely low initial hydration heat release, its second exothermic peak comes later, and the hydration rate is low, which is very suitable for the application in mass concrete and can effectively control the internal temperature rise. Slag is activated by alkali and sulfate collectively in SSC, the hydration products are mainly C-S-H gel and ettingite. If there is insuffcient SO42- ion in the system or the content of Al2O3 in the slag is low, the formed ettingite content is low.The application of SSC shows that it has high durability and can be applied into mass concrete engineering, pavement concrete engineering, and the concrete engineering under sulfate erosion environment.
