达芬奇机器人辅助胃底折叠、食管裂孔修补术3例及文献回顾 被引量:4

The da Vinci Robotic-assisted Nissen Fundoplication Combined With Repair of Esophageal Hiatal Hernia:Report of 3 Cases

摘要 本文报道2017年1月、2月及2018年3月我中心应用达芬奇机器人外科系统完成3例胃底折叠(2例Nissen,1例Toupet)和食管裂孔修补术,无中转开腹,无手术并发症,手术时间200、160、180 min,术中出血量100、50、100 ml。术后23、21、20 h排气并开始进流质,术后反酸烧心等症状均缓解。3例术后门诊随访12、9、1个月,均无明显恶心呕吐、反流等症状。 This paper summarized the initial experience of robotic anti-reflux surgery. A total of 3 cases of robotic antireflux surgery, ineluding 2 eases of Nissen fundoplieation and 1 ease of Toupet fundoplieation, eombined with hiatal hernia repair, were performed in January 2017, February 2017 and Mareh 2018 at our hospital by using the da Vinei Robotie Surgieal System. All the operations were sueeessfully performed. The operation time was 200, 160, and 180 min, respeetively. The intraoperative blood loss was 100, 50, and 100 ml, respeetively. All the patients passed flatus within 24 hours and then started to take liquid food. The symptoms sueh as aeid reflux and heartburn were relieved after operation during postoperative follow-ups for 12, 9, and 1 month postoperatively. No obvious nausea, vomiting, or reflux and other adverse events oeeurred.
