民办高校教学管理的现状和对策分析——以安徽省合肥市民办高校为例

Analyzing the Current Situation and the Countermeasure of Teaching Management in Private Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of Private Colleges and Universities in Hefei, Anhui Province

中国民办高校历经四十年的发展,取得了令人瞩目的成就,同时也暴露出教学管理方面存在的问题。通过对安徽省民办高校的学生和教师进行抽样调查,并对调查问卷进行汇总分析,阐述当前民办高校教学管理的现状和困境,分析成因,探索走出困境的途径。

After 40 years development, private colleges and universities in China had made remarkable achievements, meanwhile they had exposed some problems in teaching management. A sample survey of students and teachers in private colleges and universities in Anhui Province is conducted in the paper. Through analysis of the questionnaire and elaborate the current status and dilemma of teaching management in private colleges and universities, the causes are analyzed to explore ways to get out of the predicament.
