强筋壮骨方联合椎体成形术治疗胸腰段骨质疏松性骨折效果分析

摘要 目的分析强筋壮骨方联合椎体成形术治疗胸腰段骨质疏松性骨折的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年4月—2017年5月期间收治的胸腰段骨质疏松性骨折患者80例,随机分为2组各40例,对照组接受经皮椎体成形术治疗,研究组接受强筋壮骨方联合经皮椎体成形术治疗,观察2组患者的疗效。结果研究组并发症发生率5.00%,低于对照组的17.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组Cobbs角、椎体前缘高度压缩率、椎体后缘高度压缩率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腰段骨质疏松性骨折在经皮椎体成形术治疗基础上加用强筋壮骨方,在椎体稳定性恢复和疼痛缓解方面作用更为突出,值得推广。 【Objective】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qiang Jin Zhuanggu combined with vertebroplasty in thetreatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture. Methods 2 groups of 80 patients with thoracolumbar osteoporoticfractures treated in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2017 were divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group, 40cases in each group, and the control group received percutaneous vertebroplasty. The study group received strong tendonan d strong bone combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty, and observed the curative effect of the two groups.Results the total incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00% lower than that in the control group(17.50%)( P〈 0.05) . After treatment, the Cobbs angle,vertebral height compression ratio and vertebral posteriorborder height compression rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05) .The score of VASin the study group was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The treatment of thoracolumbarosteoporotic fracture, on the basis of percutaneous vertebroplasty,is more prominent in the restoration of vertebral bodystability and pain relief,and it is worth popularizing.
