不同药物联合用药方案治疗小儿支气管炎的疗效对比

Comparison of efficacy of different drug combinations in treatment of children with bronchitis

目的对比不同药物联合用药方案治疗小儿支气管炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2017年12月我院收治的80例支气管肺炎患儿的临床资料,按治疗方案的不同将其分为A、B、C、D 4组,A组患儿20例,采用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠+喜炎平进行治疗;B组患儿20例,采用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠+炎琥宁进行治疗;C组患儿20例,采用阿奇霉素+喜炎平进行治疗;D组患儿20例,采用阿奇霉素+炎琥宁进行治疗。对比4组患儿病情恢复时间、住院时间及治疗总有效率。结果 A组退热时间较对B组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但A组与C组、D组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组憋喘缓解时间较B组、C组、D组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组咳嗽消失时间与B组、C组、D组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组肺部啰音消失时间较B组、C组、D组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患儿住院时间较B组、C组、D组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗总有效率(90.00%)较B组(55.00%)、C组(50.00%)、D组(55.00%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠联合喜炎平治疗小儿支气管炎可有效改善患儿临床症状,减少住院时间,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To compare the efficacy of different drug combinations in treatment of children with bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 80 children with bronchitis in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 wereretrospectively analyzed,and they were divided intoA, B, C, D group by treatment regimens. A group （n=20）was givenmezhocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium＋Xiyanping, B group （n=20）was given mezhocillin sodium and sulbactamsodium＋andrographolide, C group （n=20） was given azithromycin＋Xiyanping, D group （n=20） was givenazithromycin＋andrographolide. The recovery time, hospital stays and total effective rate were compared among the four groups.Results The fever clearance time of A group was shorter than that ofB group（P〈0.05）, but there was no statistical differenceamongA, C, D group（P〉0.05） .The dyspnea relief time of A group was shorter than that ofB, C, D group （P〈0.05） . There wasno statistical difference in the disappearance time of cough amongA,B,C, D group （P〉0.05） .The disappearance time of rale inA group was shorter than that inB, C, D group（P〈0.05） .The hospital stays in A group were shorter than those inB, C, D group（P〈0.05） .The total effective rate of A group （90.00%） was higher than B group （55.00%）,C group （50.00%）, D group（55.00%）（P〈0.05） .Conclusion Mezhocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with Xiyanping in treatment of children with bronchitis can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce hospital stays,increase clinical curative effects.
