摘要
目的探讨骨搬移术治疗胫骨骨折术后感染性大段骨缺损的临床效果。方法选取我院骨科2016年6月—2018年6月收治的胫骨骨折术后感染性大段骨缺损患者60例,分为对照组30例,采用植骨内固定法;观察组30例,采取骨搬移术,对比2组临床效果。结果观察组临床效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨搬移术治疗胫骨骨折术后感染性大段骨缺损临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bone graft in the treatment of large segmental bonedefects after tibial fracture operation. Methods 60 patients with large segmental bone defect of tibial fracture treated inthe department of orthopedics of our hospital in June 2018 to June 2016 were selected and divided into 30 cases in thecontrol group,and 30 cases of the observation group were treated with bone grafting internal fixation and 30 cases of theobservation group,and the clinical effect was compared. Results The clinical effect of the observation group wassignificantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion Bone removal is effective in treating largesegmental bone defects after tibial fracture surgery,and is worthy of promotion.
