慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者抑郁症状的相关影响因素及干预措施

Related factors and intervention measures of depressive symptoms in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者抑郁症状的影响因素,探讨预防措施。方法对2016年1月—2017年12月我院诊治的120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者应用SDS进行评估,比较无抑郁症状及合并抑郁症状患者相关因素的差异。结果 120例患者发生抑郁症状50例(41.67%),轻、中、重度抑郁症状分别为20例(40.00%)、19例(38.00%)、11例(22.00%);抑郁症状组缺少社会支持22.00%、病程(14.23±4.34)年、年龄(69.36±7.46)岁,大于无抑郁症状组的8.57%、(10.36±3.98)年、(62.28±9.68)岁(P<0.05);白蛋白水平(31.56±4.59)g/L,低于无抑郁症状组的(35.83±2.29)g/L(P<0.05),为影响慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者发生抑郁症状的相关因素。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者合并抑郁症与家庭社会支持、病程、年龄、白蛋白水平等因素相关,应予以相应措施以避免其发生。

Objective To observe the occurrence of depressive symptoms in the course of chronic obstructivepulmonary disease, analyze the influencing factors, discuss preventive measure. Methods From January 2016 toDecember 2017,120 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were evaluated bySDS. The correlation factors between patients without depression and those with depression were compared. ResultsDepressive symptoms occurred in 50 patients （41.67%）in 120 patients. Mild,moderate and severe depressivesymptoms were found 20cases （40.00%）, 19 cases （38.00%）and 11 cases （22.00%） .The depressive symptomgroup lacked social support 22%, disease course （14.23±4.34）years, age （69.36±7.46） years old was high thannon depression group 8.57% ,（10.36±3.98）years,and（62.28±9.68）years old （P〈0.05） .Albumin level（31.56±4.59）g/L was lower than that of non depressive symptom group （35.83±2.29） g/L（P〈0.05）, influence the relatedfactors of depressive symptoms in stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Conclusion Patients withchronic obstructive pulmonary disease with depression are related to family social support,course of disease,age, albumin level and other factors. The corresponding measures should be carried out to avoid reducing the occurrence ofdepressive symptoms.
