摘要
建立以岗位评价积分制为基础的人力资源管理体系,量化员工关键考核项,使员工晋升、薪酬分配等管理依据更充分、更公正,有助于调动员工工作、学习积极性。论文通过对岗位能力评价积分制管理含义、管理思路的描述、分析,总结了岗位能力评价积分制管理的作用和特点,并分享了开展岗位能力评价积分制管理工作经验。
Establishing a human resource management system based on the post evaluation scoring system, quantifying the key assessment items of employees, and making the management basis of staff promotion and salary distribution more sufficient and fair, these can help to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff for work and study. The paper expounds and analyzes the meaning and management idea of post competency evaluation scoring system, summarizes the function and characteristics of the post competency evaluation scoring system, and shares the experience of developing the post competency evaluation scoring system management.
