摘要 供电服务作为电力公司的重要组成部分,关乎着公司的品牌与前景,供电服务工作如果出现质量问题,不仅对供电公司的发展造成阻碍而且对电力公司的经济效益也会造成影响,新电改背景下,电力公司应秉承"你用电,我用心"的服务理念,并结合国网公司"三集五大"体系建设进而满足客户的实际用电需求。 As an important part of the electric power company, power supply service is related to the brand and prospect of the company. If there is a quality problem in power supply service, it will not only hinder the development of the power supply company, but also affect the economic benefit of the power company. Under the background of the new electric power reform, the power company should uphold the service concept of "your power our care", and meet the actual demand of customers combined with the construction of the system of "the intensive management in human resources, financial resources,and material resources, the large-scale movements in programming, construction, operation, maintenance and production" of state grid company.
