摘要
论文首先阐述了企业劳资管理工作开展的必要性,包括满足国家法律要求,满足企业未来可持续发展需求。其次指出了我国企业劳资管理工作开展中有待解决的问题,包括工资管理制度及标准存在差异化、劳动权益维护未得到保障、社会保障机制尚不完善。最后提出了几点加强企业劳资管理的措施建议,包括企业管理者勇于创新劳资管理思维、提升企业内部工资公平合理化分配管制力度、完善固有社会保障机制、加大社会环境监管力度,旨在提升我国企业整体劳资管理水平。
Firstly, this paper expounds the necessity of carrying out labor management of enterprises, including satisfying the requirements of the national law, meeting the future sustainable development of enterprises. Secondly, it points out the problems need to be solved in the development of the labor management of enterprises in China, including the difference of salary management system and standards, the protection of labor rights and interests is not guaranteed, and the imperfect social security mechanism in China. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the labor management of enterprises, including enterprise managers' innovative thinking of labor management, strengthening the fair and reasonable distribution control of the internal wages, perfecting the inherent social security mechanism, strengthening the supervision of social environment, so as to improve the whole labor management level of enterprises in China.
