摘要 高校档案工作随着信息化的发展已逐步凸显元数据建立的重要性,与传统的档案管理模式相比,档案信息化具有高速、快捷的特点优势,但同时面对信息技术的高精尖特点和复杂多变的网络环境,档案信息化在其发展中同样存在问题,这与当前档案利用需求形成了强烈的供需矛盾,给高校档案信息化建设带来全新的挑战。 With the development of information technology, the archives work of colleges and universities has gradually highlighted the importance of the establishment of metadata. Archival informatization has the advantage of high speed and rapidity. But at the same time, faced with the high-tech characteristics of information technology and the complex and changeable network environment, there are also some problems in the development of archives informatization, which has formed a strong contradiction between supply and demand with the current demand for archives utilization, and has brought new challenges to the construction of archives informatization in colleges and universities.
