摘要
高校"最后一公里"物流快递是关乎高校整个电子商务物流服务质量和客户满意度的最关键阶段,但同时也是整个物流快递环节效率最低的一环。论文拟在解决高校电商"最后一公里"物流快递中存在的各种问题,以满足高校客户群体的实际需求,设计"最后一公里"物流快递解决方案,不但能够提高物流快递效率、改善校园环境、方便管理,而且作为一个新型创新创业训练项目,也值得在高校乃至居民社区中进行推广,具有重要的现实意义。
The " last mile" logistics express in colleges and universities is the most critical stage concerning the whole service quality of e-commerce logistics and customer satisfaction in colleges and universities, meanwhile, it is the lowest efficiency of the whole logistics express link. The paper intends to solve all kinds of problems existing in the "last mile" logistics express of university e-commerce, so as to meet the actual needs of college clients. To design the "last mile" logistics express solution, which can not only improve the efficiency of logistics express, but also can improve the campus environment and facilitate management. Moreover, as a new type of innovative and entrepreneurial training project, it is also worth popularizing in colleges and universities and even in residents' communities, which has important practical significance.
