Research on the Application of Planning Environmental Impact Assessment in Ecological City Construction

论文首先分析了生态城市建设期间规划环境影响评价指标体系的内容及开展方法,其次围绕规划环境影响评价在生态城市建设中的应用进行了探究,包括构建完整的规划环境评价程序、优化现有规划环境评价工作开展质量、促使规划环境影响评价工作体制能够落到实处等三个方面,最后对应用评价体系提升生态城市建设质量的相关措施进行了探究,旨在提升生态城市的建设水平。

This paper firstly analyzes the contents of the index system of planning environmental impact assessment in the period of ecological city construction and its implementation methods. And then it explores the application of planning environmental impact assessment in ecological city construction, including the construction of a complete planning environmental assessment procedure, the optimization of the quality of the existing planning environmental assessment, and the implementation of the planning environmental impact assessment system. Finally, the paper probes into the relevant measures to improve the quality of ecological city construction by applying the assessment system, so as to improve the construction level of ecological city.
