供给侧改革背景下农村电商创新发展路径探究——以沭阳县堰下村“特色小镇”为例

Research on the Innovative Development Path of Rural E-Commerce Under the Background of Supply-Side Reform——Taking the “Characteristic Town” in Yanxia Village of Shuyang County as an Example

"十三五"期间,经济发展对信息化的需求更加迫切,农村电子商务的发展创新已成为供给侧改革大趋势背景下的必由之路。论文以颜集镇堰下村花木电子商务从"淘宝村"到电商特色小镇的转型升级为例,探究了在农村电商的产业结构转型过程中遇到的问题、可以借鉴的经验及未来的发展方向,以促进特色花卉品牌升级,完善电商创新型特色小镇路径。

In the period of ＂the 13 th Five-Year Plan＂, the need for information technology is more urgent in economic development. The development and innovation of rural e-commerce has become the only way under the background of supply-side reform. The paper takes the Yanxia village of Yanji town as the example, the flowers and trees e-commerce of which has transformed and upgraded from the ＂Taobao village＂ to the characteristic town of e-commerce. The paper explores the problems encountered in the process of the transformation of the industrial structure of rural e-commerce, the experience that can be used for reference and the direction of development in the future, so as to promote the upgrading of characteristic flower brand, improve the path of developing innovative e-commerce town.
