高校图书管理制度激励机制研究

Research on the Incentive Mechanism of the Library Management System in Colleges and Universities

随着我国经济的不断发展,我国各地区各大高校建立了图书馆,方便了学生课后的学习以及查找资料。论文通过对激励机制的分析,探究高校图书管理制度激励机制应用原则。此次研究的主要目的是为了促进高校图书馆的发展,提高图书管理水平。

With the continuous development of Chinese economy, libraries have been set up in colleges and universities in various regions of our country, which make it is convenient for students to learn after class and find materials. Therefore, through the analysis of the incentive mechanism,this paper probes into the application principle of the incentive mechanism of the university library management system. The main purpose of this study is to promote the development of university libraries and improve the level of library management.
