2017年贵阳市犬、猫、猪弓形虫感染情况调查研究

Investigation and Study on Toxoplasma gondii Infection in Dogs,Cats and Pigs in Guiyang City in 2017

为掌握贵阳市犬、猫、猪弓形虫感染情况,2017年从贵阳市不同地区收集犬血清34份,猫血清32份,猪血清24份,采用间接ELISA试验对弓形虫Ig G抗体进行检测,然后对ELISA检测阳性样本进行表面抗原SAG1基因PCR扩增。结果:90份血清样本中,总体阳性率为22.22%(20/90),其中犬血清阳性率为11.76%(4/34),猫血清阳性率为21.88%(7/32),猪血清阳性率为37.50%(9/24);PCR未检出弓形虫表面抗原SAG1基因。

In order to grasp the status of Toxoplasma gondii infection in dogs, cats and pigs in Guiyang city, 34 dog serums, 32 cat serums and 24 pig serums were collected from different areas of Guiyang city in 2017. The IgG antibody of Toxoplasma gondii was detected by indirect ELISA test, and then the SAG1 gene of surface antigen was amplified by ELISA for the positive samples of ELISA detection. Results： the total positive rate of 90 serum samples was 22.22% （20/90）, of which the positive rate of dog serum was 11.76% （4/34）, the positive rate of cat serum was 21.88% （7/32）, the positive rate of pig serum was 37.50% （9/24） , PCR did not detect the SAG1 gene of Toxoplasma gondii surface antigen.
