摘要
为提高黔南黑猪的养殖效益与品质,对黔南黑猪某养殖场使用伪狂犬病病毒gE基因缺失疫苗免疫前后的猪群分别进行伪狂犬病gE-ELISA、gB-ELISA检测,经过4次采样检测,结合对野毒感染猪采取淘汰净化措施。结果:猪群伪狂犬病野毒抗体阳性率显著下降,生产效益显著提高。
In order to improve the benefit and quality of Qiannan black pig, the gE ELISA and gB-ELISA of PRV were detected before and after immunization with PRV gE gene deleted vaccine in a black pig farm of Qiannan. After 4 sampling tests, the elimination and purification measures against wild infected pigs were taken. Results: the positive rate of PRV antibody in pigs decreased significantly, and the production efficiency increased significantly.
