摘要 随着汽车电子技术的发展与用户对舒适度要求的不断提高,车内前装电子设备的数量大幅增加,其中不乏影响汽车安全的功能部件。本文基于整车设计图纸,对样车进行电磁兼容理论分析,获得存在自兼容风险的零部件为DC-DC、BMS、鼓风机、EPS、雨刮电机、喇叭;进一步的,基于自兼容实验,对理论分析结果论证筛选,提出DC-DC、雨刮电机、喇叭风险较大;最后通过与标准测试对标,验证了自兼容测试方法的有效性。 With the development of automotive electronic technology and the increasing demand for comfort, the number of electronic equipment in the car has increased greatly, among which there are many functional components that affect the safety of the car. Based on the design drawings of the whole vehicle, the electromagnetic compatibility of the model car is analyzed, and the self compatibility risk components are DC-DC, BMS, blower, EPS, wiper motor and horn. Further, based on the self compatibility experiment, the theoretical analysis results are proved and screened, and the risk of DC-DC, wiper motor and horn is higher. Finally, the validity of the self compatible test method is verified by benchmarking with the standard test.
