摘要
文章针对某轻型货车副簧支架在试验中出现的开裂问题,运用有限元分析软件,以增加强度、降低重量为目标进行优化设计,最终方案效果明显。有限元分析方法的采用缩短了问题解决周期,保证了优化效果,为解决类似开裂问题提供了一个有效途径。
Aiming at file cracking problem in file test of a light truck vice-spring bracket, the fmite element analysis software is used to optimize file design with file aim of increasing file strength and reducing file weight, and the fmal scheme has obvious effect. The adoption of the fmite element analysis method shortens the solution cycle of the problem, guarantees the optimization effect, and provides an effective way to solve file similar cracking problem.
